"Are You Mad at Me?": A Panel with NYT Bestselling Author Meg Josephson

Join us for a virtual panel with Meg Josephson on October 16 at 8 PM EDT/5 PM PDT. Josephson is an author, psychotherapist, and licensed clinical social worker. She will discuss her NYT bestselling self-help book, Are You Mad at Me?: How to Stop Focusing on What Others Think and Start Living for You, which tackles the subject of people-pleasing and how to overcome it in professional settings. The first thirty people who sign up for this panel will receive a free copy of the book!

During the panel, Josephson will talk with us about how people-pleasing behavior is relevant in the publishing industry specifically. She will guide audience members through exercises designed to help us to stop worrying about this age-old habit and instead nurture our strengths. This panel is a great opportunity to learn and ask questions about improving our work mindsets and productivity. We look forward to seeing you!
