Participating in a mentorship program can be an incredibly rewarding experience, whether you're a mentor or a mentee. YPA’s mentorship program aims to foster collaboration, skill development, and personal growth through mutual support.

We are thrilled to announce the second cycle of YPA's mentorship program! We are excited to implement what we learned in our beta program last year to best meet the needs of mentors and mentees. This year's program provides mentorship matches for early- and mid- career professionals currently working in the publishing industry.

In order to participate, please fill out the form below by June 22. We cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be matched with a mentor or mentee, so make sure to provide as much detail as you can when you apply!
