Participate in a Publisher’s Weekly Salary Survey!
PW has been tracking changes in industry demographics and compensation for well over a decade. (You can see the results of the 2024 edition here.) It’s become something of a benchmark study, and one that’s widely read and discussed in the business and beyond.
We would love to see wide participation from YPA membership this year and going forward! The survey is meant only for people who work at U.S. and Canadian publishing houses. So it would not apply to, for instance, agents or scouts or those who work at similar agencies or in publishing-adjacent media or tech companies.
But! If you work at a publisher of any size, we want to hear from you. Completing the survey should take less than five minutes, and all responses are anonymous.
